Throughout my career, I've led multiple products from concept through launch, securing FDA clearance, forging strategic partnerships with government and academic institutions, and spearheading mission driven initiatives. I excel in navigating complex healthcare landscapes, identifying evolving unmet needs, developing strategic solutions and managing cross-functional teams focused on translating ideas into scalable solutions that address critical healthcare challenges. At Rua Diagnostics I’ve leveraged market research and customer discovery to quickly understand existing diagnostic paradigms and determine an appropriate roadmap for the company leading to non-dilutive funding from the highly selective BARDA I-Create program and acceptance into their accelerator program. Through strategic government partnerships, and collaborations with both universities and non-profits, I’ve found ways to cost-effectively collect training data at scale positioning the company establish a strong competitive advantage and revolutionizing the way we detect and monitor disease. While at FemHealth Insights I led a $250k consulting project for a global pharmaceutical company. I created a framework to evaluate women’s health conditions and determined which challenges and potential solutions would best strategically align with the company’s existing product pipeline and long term goals. At OcciGuide, I successfully guided a medical device from initial concept through FDA clearance, provider adoption and deployment across 14 hospital locations. Through a comprehensive review of the regulatory landscape, innovative approaches, and alignment with creative consultants, I achieved regulatory approval at a significantly reduced cost and secured both utility and design patents. I am also deeply invested in & genuinely enjoy mentoring early-stage founders who are reshaping healthcare and improving lives through programs such as Springboard Enterprises and Nucleate.
