I am a yoga teacher, active Reiki Master with my own school, and I’m committed to connecting mind, body and spirit in all I do. I also facilitate sound healing, meditation, breath work, and sacred circles. Additionally, a leader with 25 years of management experience in customer service of the fitness industry, retail, and coffee. I am committed to ethical business practices, employee engagement, staff support, and I am highly organized and detail oriented. My approach to employees and customers is honest, kind, and direct, as I feel it's the best approach to low turnover and member/customer retention. I am also an excellent problem solver, often noticing details that go overlooked, and highly successful in loss prevention investigations. Furthermore, I am committed to a balanced work week for myself and all of my staff, and believe that setting clear boundaries creates the most efficient and productive success process.
