About Jillian Pancott
With over 10 years experience in the forensic accounting and insurance industry, I've assisted with loss and damage assessments across a wide variety of industries under varying circumstances. Most recently, I've been recognised internally as the Forensic Advisory Services MVP for 2018, and externally I was awarded the ANZIIF Young Insurance Professional of the Year for 2018 for my efforts in mentoring and training the next generation of insurance professionals. I serve as Treasurer on the board for the AILA National committee, having previously assisted on both the Young Professional subcommittee and AILA NSW subcommittee in the Treasurer role. In 2019, I co-developed and implemented the AILA YP Mentoring Program, which pairs senior industry professionals with a small group of young professionals in order to pass along insight and guidance gained over the years and develop our future leaders of industry.
