About Jillian Reimer

I currently work in a halfway house and work with high-risk and indigenous offenders. In addition, I volunteered as a representative and meeting facilitator in the Occupational Health and Safety committee (OHS). Supporting both the Elder on site, clients and the CSC in a multifaceted disciplinary practice of supporting, surveillance, analysis, social support, and risk management. I have developed my skills in high-emotional situations, including de-escalation, communication, report writing, data collection, and data cleaning. My goal is to perfect my risk evaluation and administration skills, enabling me to transition into more data-driven analytical roles. I have started to develop skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, both in my educational background and in my current work environment, encompassing both relational and information-based contexts. I aim to sharpen my skills in raw data analytical tools, techniques, and practices.
