About Jillian Robinson

Legal professional turned educator turned HR leader — my career has been built on helping people grow, whether in the classroom or the workplace.I spent nine rewarding years as a Learning Manager in the Legal Administration program at Holland College, where I guided students in developing the skills and confidence to thrive in the legal profession. Prior to my time in education, I worked for 17 years in various legal offices, beginning as a Title Searcher, moving into the role of Legal Administrative Assistant, and spending many years as a Real Estate Paralegal. In 2024, I completed my Master of Education in Leadership in Learning from the University of Prince Edward Island, building on my Certificate in Adult Education (2020) and fueling my passion for lifelong learning. With the suspension of the Legal Administration program, I’ve returned to private practice as the HR Manager at Key Murray Law, where I draw on my legal, teaching, and leadership experience to support our team and drive HR initiatives. I’m currently working toward my CPHR designation to continue growing in the human resources field.I’m passionate about fostering supportive, growth-oriented workplaces where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
