About Jillian Rose

I am a bright and ambitious woman looking to pursue a long term career in the administrative field. I have over 9 years of administrative experience with a focus on receptionist and accounting duties. In my prior positions, I was the main point of contact when entering the buildings assisting all vendors, co-workers and visitors with multiple requests, processing payments, generating invoices, record and document management along with many other tasks. I have a strong background in managing schedules and meetings, handling multiple requests from different staff including senior management, receptionist duties and answering phones. I also helped manage meetings and organize staff events throughout the year specifically pertaining to Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams. I believe my adaptability and drive to further my knowledge with my jobs has given me great opportunities to contribute to my work environment. I am a team player who is always looking to help those in need. I feel that being open to challenges shows the willingness I have to make others feel comfortable relying on me.
