About Jillian Samis

At Tefron, as the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Design, my focus lies in spearheading strategic initiatives that foster innovation and operational excellence. Leading with a creative and strategic mindset, my role involves nurturing multicultural teams and driving process improvements across the organization. The synergy of leadership skills and a keen understanding of garment construction, flat sketching, and Adobe Creative Suite has enabled me to contribute significantly to our global marketing efforts. My stewardship has been marked by cultivating a culture of ownership and collaboration. Alongside managing multiple project deadlines, I excel in mentoring staff and developing efficient teams that resonate with strong, multi-cultural dynamics. This approach not only amplifies our brand's presence but also ensures that our design and product development processes are aligned with market demands and the highest standards of fit and finish.
