About Jillian Szacki

I'm Jillian—an insight-led strategist with over a decade of agency experience guiding healthcare, digital, and consumer brands through moments of growth, complexity, and change. My approach is rooted in curiosity: I want to know what drives people, what they fear, what they hope for, and how brands can meet them there, meaningfully. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve led brand planning across oncology, immunology, rare disease, and consumer health, working with U.S. and global clients to launch products, shape positioning, and uncover insights that lead to stronger engagement. I’m especially drawn to work that blends analytical thinking with creative instinct; where data, human behavior, and cultural context intersect. Right now, I lead strategy across multiple accounts at Eversana Intouch, partnering with cross-functional teams to guide brand development, pitch new business, and elevate the work. I care about ideas that work in the real world and about making the process collaborative, thoughtful, and even a little fun. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching horror films, mastering new languages, and exploring the outdoors with my faithful sidekick, Gladys. 🪄
