Chester, which absorbed Severn Construction Services. WAC was a subsidiary of Pepco Energy Services (currently a subsidiary of Exelon). Continued as Program Manager for DC Streetlighting until contract end in 2012. Prior, held the position of Vice President of Operations of Severn Construction Services.
