Presentation of Qualifications Jim Blaser Mr. Jim Blaser has more than 30 years of experience in the Commercial, Aerospace, & Defense Markets covering Field Sales & Management, Product Management, Program Management, International Sales, and managing Manufacturer’s Rep firms and Distribution in the RF/Microwave & Millimeterwave Engineering Industry. He has a good technical knowledge of the Microwave/RF & Millimeter wave technologies for a wide variety of GaAs & GaN components and subsystems including Hi and Low power amplifiers (TWT’s & Solid State), mixers, attenuators, filters, MMIC’s, custom ASIC’s, Foundry services, and Receivers/Transmitters. He has represented various Hi-Tech companies in Silicon Valley, CA as a Field Sales/Product Manager and Rep for their Worldwide Sales of all Microwave & RF products. He has coordinated sales of these products to Telecom & SatCom customers as well as Prime Defense Contractors such as Raytheon, L-3, Northrop Grumman, E2V UK, Thales France, Harris Corp, BAE Systems, and Boeing. Major Programs include ASPJ, F-18, F-16, Sparrow, ATD, AMRAAM, ALQ-187, and Patriot. He has played a key role in trade shows as well as provided inputs on strategic planning to help gather industry market information to chart Sales and R&D budgets. His knowledge and familiarity with components in the Commercial, Telecom, Satcom, & Defense Industries along with extensive experience and flexibility to adapt to different responsibilities is a valuable asset. His database of customer contacts and membership in several Professional organizations has led to many industry “insights” and lasting relationships. Jim has a B.S. in Physics from Penn State, and an MBA in Marketing from California State University, Chico. He is active in community events.
