About Jim Bostedo

Mr. Bostedo is a tier-1 support, process improvement, team leader who helps manage internal Call Centers. He has managed 10-12 critical end users for all process flow enhancements, bug fixes and prioritization of work requests. Managers have referred to Mr. Bostedo as a “technical minded people person” who possesses excellent communication skills in dealing with the various teams he supported. He was the recipient of several peer-based awards for his customer service skills while with IBM. Having a technical background, Mr. Bostedo has been able to serve as the business liaison between the developers, the end user community (clients/customers) and their associated management teams. He was the focal point for a 600+ user base for all technical questions, bug fixes and enhancement requests. Working with the development team, Mr. Bostedo has performed Unit and System testing and then led the efforts to train users for their User Acceptance testing. He has successfully managed both local teams and Global Resource teams (Mexico, India, Brazil and Argentina).
