I'm an optimistic visionary leader that inspires others to achieve the company's vision and mission by establishing relationships built on effective communication, respect, adaptability, consistency, honesty and commitment which is essential to creating a strong cohesive and diverse Team that has one common goal - SUCCESS. Team success is measured by the impact that is made and the footprint that is left behind for others to follow. I am a student of the Principles of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and Kaizen with the desire to find Continuous Improvement to streamline workflow processes and reducing or eliminating waste to provide service excellence to the ever changing Customer needs. I lead by example and firmly believe in teamwork (no member left behind). I'm a leader who establishes a clear understanding of the vision and goals so that each team member can fulfill their role and contribute to the success of the Team.
