I am an FRTB specialist having participated in Accord development since 2012 through industry wide discussion and Basel advocacy e.g. I proposed the liquidity horizon floor (rather than fixed value) for IMA. At Barclays and Standard Chartered (SC) I ran the VaR model. At SC I developed the PLAT and QIS capabilities and advised on FRTB desk structure. I led FRTB market risk and CVA capital impact analysis and advised on maintenance of current market risk models. I am married, have two grown up children and one young son.
