About Jim Donio

I am a lifelong entrepreneur, leader, and philanthropist who has founded, scaled, and sold more than two dozen businesses with revenues ranging from to $200 million. My work has been supported by leading platforms such as Google and Meta, where I was selected as one of only 12 founding U.S. members of Facebook’s National Small & Medium Business Council, continue to serve on the Meta Leaders Network, and was appointed as a Meta AI Sandbox Partner for advanced AI tools with Instagram and Facebook. Over the course of my career, I have been featured in Advertising Age Magazine, American Express OPEN for Business, NPR, and other national outlets, while also lecturing and leading workshops for regional, state, and national audiences. In addition to my for-profit ventures, I have dedicated more than 30 years to nonprofit and community service, co-founding and supporting arts, cultural, and civic organizations across New Jersey. This work has been recognized with the National Sons of Italy Humanitarian Award, the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for Volunteerism and Community Leadership, and other regional and national honors. Today, I continue to lead innovative companies, mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, and contribute to causes that strengthen both communities and industries.
