Jim Fleming, President of "Got Big Freight?" has over 40 years of freight transportation arrangement experience and a 30 year tenure in the logistics industry. He began his career in the 1960's, starting as a warehouse employee, then moving to warehouse manager, to sales, and from there going on to learn and work in every operational position in the field. In addition, he has owned and operated several businesses in the logistics industry. Well-developed communication, public relations, and presentation skills. Successful in establishing an exceptional rapport with individuals on all levels. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
