I am the Chief Operating Officer at Cause Leadership Inc, a company that specializes in searching and recruiting executive leadership and fundraising professionals for charitable and nonprofit organizations. I have over 10 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, working with boards and executive leaders of impact-focused organizations and initiatives. I am also a certified coach, an intercultural intelligence champion, and have been a DISC-accredited facilitator. As the COO, I operate our client acquisition and marketing technology to support our team and their service delivery. I am passionate about finding and developing leaders who can advance the causes of social justice, environmental sustainability, and human dignity. I help our clients hire and retain the best leadership talent, design and facilitate leadership development programs, and provide strategic onboarding, coaching, and succession planning services. We operate with a broader and more targeted reach, a flat-fee pricing model, and a selection of well-vetted candidates in less time than the large search firms.
