With over a three decades in residential real estate, I’ve led transactions from beachfront to new builds, guided families through every kind of market, and even served as Managing Broker for a 60+ agent office. Today, I’ve relaunched my own listing-focused business under BHHS RW Towne Realty, powered by a 90-day co-marketing strategy, 4DX execution model, and a robust system from listing to close. In addition to real estate, I owned and operated Final Kick Sports—one of the Shore Drive’s most popular spots and one the East Coast’s predominant multi-sport stores from 2008 to 2016. That entrepreneurial season shaped everything I do: community-focused service, local expertise, and follow-through that goes the distance (Ultra Distance-). Highlights include: • Relaunching a Shore Drive listing system with video-first marketing and automated lead follow-up • Closing multiple multimillion-dollar deals in 23455, 23451, and 23454 • Creating “Your Local Market Snapshot,” a monthly equity and market update campaign • Building a referral-based business anchored in faith, trust, and real relationships • Mentoring newer agents and sales professionals—especially veterans and college grads stepping into business and building a God centered career and marriage. I partner with a professional in-house designer (my daughter) and RW Towne’s full scale marketing team to create stand-out materials for every listing. I also leverage tools like BoldTrail, ListingLeads, and REMINE to identify, nurture, and connect ideal buyers and sellers. Outside of work, I’m a service-connected disabled Navy veteran, cyclist, woodworker, and active member of Bayside Baptist Church.
