Current - 2023 President Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, Board of Directors Montana Association of REALTORS® Following a distinguished career In Top Ranked Consumer Products Companies, I formed JE Associates, LLC, an International Marketing and Sales Consulting & Training Company (Currently Town Center Services). My expertise is in providing companies with maturity and expertise including building new organizations, developing customized comprehensive training programs, setting goals and objectives, business plan development, creating and driving new Marketing & Sales initiatives, bringing consensus and direction to newly formed or merged businesses and integrating new and varied business cultures. This has included building a successful Real Estate business in California and Montana. In 2008, my interests grew to include Medicinal Cannabis as a viable medical use and comprehensive business opportunity. Following 3 years of development with CannaTrac Technologies - The Cannabis Banking Solution as the Chief Operating Officer, I am considering new opportunities in Cannabis Consulting. What I Do As an entrepreneur, business leader and consensus builder, my specific strengths are in acquisition integration, evaluation and redeployment of existing and new resources, goal setting and team building, designing and building new marketing, sales and operational teams capitalizing on my ability to integrate the psychology of communication and interaction with sound business practices and ethics. My primary focus in recent years has been is in the Real Estate Industry, Green Technologies, Medicinal Cannabis and Non-Profit.
