His twenty years of consulting stock-listed companies, their executives, and teams inspire, motivate, and leverage their existing skills fostering team resilience. Jim's forte as a Team Synergy Practitioner and Leadership Coach assists clients in creating highly functioning teams. His leadership style and framework are unconventional, grounded in SQ-quantum principles, Ken Wilber's Integral Theory, and Human Development Psychology. He guides clients to model quantum theory principles extracted from his personal development journey: a capacity for self-reflection, discrete observation, and igniting creativity of an active 'felt sense' eluding many of today's leaders. He does this by helping leaders and their teams create their vision of a future based on sound ethics, sustainability, and core values.
