About Jim Gray

I currently serve as the Managing Director of CBRE’s Orlando office. In this role, I provide executive oversight over all business line activities for the Central Florida market. I have been active in the Florida commercial real estate markets for three decades. Throughout my 30 years in Central Florida, I have developed an extensive network within the real estate, banking and business community. In 2012, I was elected to the Orlando City Commission and continues to represent District 1 in southeastern Orlando. Our CBRE's Orlando office is the city’s leader in commercial real estate services with a leading platform providing unparalleled service to meet any client requirement. From acquisition financing and real estate portfolio management to leasing commercial office space and investment sales. We can assess a client's entire real estate portfolio requirements on a company wide scale helping to achieve our client’s objectives of expansion, consolidation, acquisition and disposition. When I am not working, I enjoy golfing, fishing and being a grandfather to my three young granddaughters. I am also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
