About Jim Hansson

During my years in MedTech, I have gained experience and had the responsibility within supply chain, manufacturing, quality assurance, supplier quality assurance, warehouse and logistics, distribution and service on a global arena. I have under these years taken a great liking in working with and adhering to regulatory requirements. The challenges, and possibilities, I’ve been facing on how to reach compliance while maintaining deliverables, has for me meant several pragmatic choices and adoptions ending up in a broad spectrum of experiences gained. Streamlining the supply chain while maintaining deliverables and compliance on a limited budget, are challenges I gladly except. I’m highly self-driven with a high work ethic. Sometimes a bit too perfectionistic perhaps, but always adhering to agreed timelines and project goals. I prefer to work with facts and am often perceived as straightforward and clear in my communication. With an enthusiastic and ambitious mindset I will carry my responsibilities forward and onwards reaching superior quality and deliverables. Believing in each individual’s growth by responsibility, inspiring creativity, and to challenge oneself and the means to reach the objectives.
