About Jim Keen

I was a caddy for ten summers, got a degree in Trumpet Performance from Indiana University, toured with Broadway shows playing in the pit orchestras for five years, started a business as an online diet coach, and now work for ARX, a paradigm-shifting health technology company. And, after growing up fat went from 265lbs down to 170lbs and now thanks to ARX up to about 200lbs give or take a few. My gifts are personal relations, public speaking, humor, creative thinking, good moods, writing, and fun. What I've been most enthused about since 2011 though (when I first tried it) is ARX. Helping dozens of people get regular-sized is one thing, but helping distribute the technology that can bring efficient, safe strength training to the masses is an entirely new level of "helping other people."​ We, our parents, and our grandparents need to become and remain physically strong. Physical strength is the #1 predictor of longevity, and with ARX it now requires less weekly time commitment than you spend brushing your teeth to *completely avoid* the muscle and bone loss associated with aging. Nobody is doing what ARX is doing right now; we've solved problems other people won't even become aware of for another 5-10 years. I'm incredibly excited to be a part of it.
