Jim Lavelle is a dynamic senior financial executive with more than 30 years of global experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and capital raising. He brings deep domain expertise across the industrials sector—covering both services and manufacturing—with a career-long focus on technology-enabled industrial and environmental sustainability. Over his career, Mr. Lavelle has advised on approximately 200 successful transactions— ranging from buyside mandates for large strategic acquirers, to financial restructurings for financial sponsors, to exclusive sellside/complex corporate carve-outs—demonstrating his strong market insight and extensive, enduring relationships. Whether it’s a domestic or cross-border transaction, Mr. Lavelle brings tangible expertise and thoughtful perspective, working extensively with diverse companies headquartered in North America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, he was a member of the firm’s global Management Committee, where he contributed to the firm’s leadership decisions at the highest level. In addition to his professional work, Mr. Lavelle is active in various educational, humanitarian, and healthcare-related charitable organizations and serves as a director on select corporate boards.
