About Jim Lerner
I left off at 1985 when I was a solar and wind energy consultant. From 1985 -1990 I was an independent lease operator in the Caddo -Pine Island oil and gas field. I learned about what it takes to be an independent in the oil and gas industry. In 1990 until 2013 I was employed by the CaliforniaAir Resources Board as an air pollution specialist in charge of EIRs for aviation and worked at turning the military aviation airfields to the private sector. When I retired from the ARB I pursued a career in the climate change sector. I was with the Citizens Climate Lobby where I was Senior Policy Advisor for the Sacramento Chapter and I was also a volunteer with the Foundation for Climate Restoration. In December of 2022. I became a member of the Climate Restoration Safety and Governance Board (CRSGB.org) wand in March of 2023 I joined the OIF Alliance which works to remove the one trillion tons of “legacy” CO2.from the atmosphere by means of Ocean Iron Fertilization (OIF).
