Passionate about cultivating an environment where inclusion, enjoyment, and high performance thrive in engineering teams.Currently, I’m a member of Desana, where I build products that enable companies and their employees to access flexible workspaces around theworld. Prior to that, I was part of the team at Aula, creating products that support the higher education industry in delivering more engaging learning experiences.During my tenure as a Principal Software Engineer at the BBC, I supported the Voice + AI department, collaborating with the teams responsible fordelivering BBC-scale voice solutions and managing the BBC Homepage.I am an ardent advocate for agile development practices, championing methodologies such as TDD, CI/CD, and effective adoption of automatedtesting. A common focus area is promoting the virtues of collaborative programming (mobbing & pairing).Outside my professional commitments, I actively engage with the development community by attending meetups and conferences, staying attuned to the latest industry trends.
