Hi, I'm Jim Line, in charge of Sourcing and Procurement at Mobile Source Group. I assist businesses in the IT, Telecom, and Consumer Electronics sectors to unlock capital and storage tied up with distressed inventory. My role lies with taking care of logistics and resale. Professional Focus: I specialise in moving distressed inventory which involves all the nitty gritty details that need to be taken care of such as logistics, storage and remarketing of distressed stock. I also manage negotiations with buyers. Key Competencies: 1. Cultivating and nurturing business relationships 2. Negotiating to achieve win-win outcomes 3. Developing operational procedures and delivering team training What Sets Me Apart: I guess I am a bit of a conundrum in that I really enjoy working in both sides of the business. I’m a “details” person, an implementor. I’m the one who does the planning, checking and overseeing to ensure the service we provide and all the logistical operations are done correctly, on time and smoothly. I also love to be involved in promoting what we do, in helping to bring in new business, and to deliver fantastic customer service to our existing clients.
