Mortgage Banking Executive with 40+ years of leadership in all aspects of mortgage lending. I have worked for large and small banks, but prefer the Community Bank environment. My specialty is residential mortgage startups and creating the next superstars of mortgage lending. I am in the process of creating my fifth residential mortgage start-up within a bank. The previous four have all been very successful. This McHenry, IL startup will be my last as I retired from full time employment in 2016. I am recruiting the the staff for this exciting opportunity including my successor. We are starting with a blank sheet of paper and will create a residential mortgage operation that will utilize best in class levels of service, cutting edge technology and engage our employees to truly make a difference in our customers' home buying experience. Since 2016, I have consulted with community banks in residential lending, whole loan sales and loan officer recruiting and training.
