About Jim Lukashenko

Jim Lukashenko is the Manager of Bridges and Structures WSP in Winnipeg. He has been involved in many different types of projects including the design of bridges, buildings, underground works and parking structures. He is registered to practice in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. He has also submitted papers and presented on behalf of at many conferences including the 2010 TAC conference in Halifax, the 2011 TAC conference in Edmonton and the 2011 Great Northern Parking Conference in North Dakota. Jim's group won the Consulting Engineers of Manitoba Award of Excellence for the design of a 900 foot long moveable railway bridge for the Manitoba Floodway. Jim was President of Cornerstone Engineering Inc. which performed engineering services for residential and light commercial clients in Winnipeg from to 2014. Jim volunteered as a Project Manager with Heritage Homes to remove an existing house and replace it with a new sq. ft. home in Minot, North Dakota as part of ABC TV's Extreme Makeover Home Edition. The entire project was completed in 100 hrs (from demolition to finishing and furnishings).
