I have been working with The Arnold Group since 2006 on technology commercialization in highly successful technology enterprises such as Microsoft and Cisco. My work spans the Go-To-Market motion: customer and product strategy, offer definition, marketing, sales and channel activation, customer lifecycle - as well as supporting processes and systems. We engage in both high-level corporate strategy and alignment issues such as the shift from HW/software licensing, to cloud consumption business models as well as more tactical issues in GTM process repeatability, licensing constructs, or acquisition integration.Previously I was focused on the challenges of growth in large companies. I led research at HP which demonstrated all large companies (Fortune 50) hit a "Stall Point" where they cease to grow faster than GDP and examined challenges in new business creation.
