II began my career in the air compressor business in 2001 at Air Compressor Engineering in Milford Ct where I thrived in rotary screw and Nirvana VSD compressors. I also installed VFDs on fixed speed compressors and programmed units.I started working at Ingersoll Rand in 2013 as a service tech and quickly promoted to a Senior service tech and just a few months later I was promoted to Service Supervisor. I then was promoted to Master Service Technician one year later.Most of my experience came from working at a distributor but have really excelled working directly for the factory. I then decided that I was best suited for the field and continued my role as a Senior Service Tech.
