An experienced Project Manager who has led a wide variety of programs and projects, including several ERP implementations. A proven track record in leading initiatives where clients need someone who can motivate teams and work effectively with sponsors and stakeholders to implement solutions that last. Strengths include- Over 25 years of practical experience leading projects rooted in people, process, and technology change- Have led a wide variety of business-sponsored initiatives across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, academic and insurance- Adept at leading and motivating diverse project teams; at ease working with both staff and Executive, vendors and consultants, union and management staff - Engagements have been a mix of both systems and business development initiatives, where projects are often $1M+ and technology platforms are varied, including PeopleSoft, MS Dynamics AX, SAP. Specific industry experience in financial services, retail, insurance, higher education and social services. Areas of Expertise include: Project & Program Management, PMO setup, RFP preparation, vendor evaluations and system selections, and business analysis. Currently providing Project Management services to TELUS. Recently completed a large PeopleSoft implementation for Simon Fraser University (SFU), a key component of a significant transformation of their research process, brining change to people, process and supporting technologies.
