As an experienced Human Resource Professional, there is nothing I have enjoyed more than bringing teams together to drive engagement and business growth. Although my entire career has been with one company, I have been through multiple acquisitions and divestures by other organizations. During this time, I have had diverse HR roles in training & development, organizational development, and talent management. In these roles I have hands on experience in transitioning employees into and out of organizations, assessing and promoting corporate culture change, employee engagement and talent management. My passion is to encourage/inspire people to discover their true strengths/talents and use these in a job that provides value to the organization and pride in themselves.
