As I've taken to saying:"I deal in solutions." For all my years of professional experience, my focus has been to find the right answer to the given question and resolve the situation to the best of my abilities. Whether that's making sure guests get to the room in an expedient fashion, or resolving billing disputes with a third party due to a technical error. It could be something as simple as helping a customer setup a new Fitbit, or as abstract as temporarily fixing a broken box spring with a can of pineapple and two cans of tuna. Even just shoveling the walk in front of the store so staff and clients don't wind up slipping during a particularly bad snowstorm, I have always sought to contribute where I can and affect repairs where I'm able. As a result, I'm always looking for ways to improve things, be it in my environment, my interactions, or even myself, so each experience can be better than the last.
