As a User Experience Architect at Mobiquity, I design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business value. I have a M.S. in User Experience Design from Thomas Jefferson University, where I learned to apply user-centered design principles, research methods, and prototyping tools to create engaging and effective digital products and services. I have over four years of experience in customer service and customer experience, including two years at Chemical Concepts, where I managed customer onboarding, support, and feedback using Freshdesk. I also have a background in fine arts and sculpture, which informs my aesthetic and creative vision. I am passionate about creating user journeys that are intuitive, seamless, and satisfying, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
