The Vice President, Regional Sales directs the company's regional sales force for effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales force productivity. This role is responsible for planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent. As a senior management member of the Sales team, this position is responsible for driving the Company culture throughout the regional sales organizations to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Company's mission; directing and overseeing the management and development of goals and standards for all sales and sales related operational functions, The Vice President, Regional Sales maintains an extensive product knowledge, market intelligence, and a keen awareness of regional and national competitive conditions, to assess and promptly report information that is vital to maintaining and expanding the company's market position.
