I am a solutions-oriented, litigation technology professional with more than 25 years of industry experience having managed litigation support services and electronic discovery efforts in large law-related environments. The range of my experience varies from NLJ 25 law firm with 15 international locations, an Inc. 500 litigation technology vendor and owning a litigation service provider for 8 years. I have achieved tremendous success building teams, processes and services while managing complex litigation projects. I have a keen sense of bridging the gap between lawyers, I/S and IT, and different lines of business within an organization. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Create, build and direct service-oriented organizations in law firms and corporate environments. • Coordinate and manage complex, large-scale litigation and regulatory projects. • Manage teams of up to 450 document reviewers and accompanying technical staff. • Design and implement management systems and litigation review workflows. • Developed the concept of Strategic Document Review using advanced searching and analytic techniques. • Developed resources and facilities from inception through implementation in legal and corporate environments.
