I'm here to find people that I can be of benefit to, and that want help me thrive. I'm trying to grow my knowledge and share insight, not grow your following. With 35+ years experience in construction trades, I bring a lot to the table. I learned how to install air conditioner compressors, silver soldering, and trouble shooting condenser units the summer of my 12th birthday, on my first paying job working for my uncle Ed. I turned a little knowledge on laying tile into a twenty year run in home improvement, building kitchens and bathrooms. I created new processes for installing radiant flooring. I learned every process from pouring footings to putting cap shingles on a roof. I am by nature a problem solver, tell me how something works, and my mind grabs hold of it and looks for a better machine or process. I've learned a little hydrodynamics so I could improve the circulation of a swimming pool. I was a Damage controlman in the navy, and a ship fitter, I understand turning a flat piece of metal into a truncated cone or cylinder.(no small feat according to the three supervisors I watched struggle through four failed attempts) I help people with little to no home improvement skills DIY their way through projects every day for Lowe's.
