About Jim Ray

Jim has been in public accounting since 1989 and has been a CPA since 1980, where he has helped many individuals and businesses with their accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, and tax preparation for small and medium-size companies. Jim maintains his expertise by continuing education required by the Georgia Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Jim will provide you the “peace of mind” in dealing with all aspects of your taxes, for you, your business, and your family. Jim’s experience as CFO and Controller in industry provides him the extra “real life” experience of managing and operating a company, in addition to working with executive level management, Boards of Directors, and shareholders. He has also developed a strategic planning stock option software, which maximizes personal wealth of timely exercise of stock options for individuals.Clients include, but not limited to, property development, construction, sales, distribution, manufacturing, technology, and professional services such as attorneys and dental offices. Jim is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science degree, majoring in Accounting, plus a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
