I believe we CAN solve the quadruple aim but we must begin to think, then perform differently. The end result. At Proelio, we are not simply looking for an engagement to help, but have a relevant model seeking to create sustainability. This is not one size fits all but, is a model that can be adjusted to fit the system and market. We leverage “top of license” thinking to create a professionally satisfying environment. Why me? Well, I leverage a unique blend of experiences including: Expertise in financial and operational performance analytics Strategic planning and forecasting, and deployment Provider compensation planning and recruitment Mergers and acquisitions, and Performance improvement. A healthcare executive, I focus on exceptional team results by minimizing complexity, coaching an abundance mentality, and creating a high trust, empowering environment. Many times I’m able to communicate the concern or problem succinctly which provides clarity for the first time around certain issues. In healthcare, I understand physicians and am able to help develop both winning strategies and communication tools that senior executive leadership comprehends and can confidently rely on for decision making. On a personal level, I’m a huge Colts fan and follow them closely. I also enjoy reading about the military. The men and women who have fought for our country are special people and the more I read and learn about them, the more I know I can do more to be a better person to honor their sacrifices.
