Technical duties: Quality Assurance Review of materials and documentation of vendors, QC receiving inspection of in-house materials and equipment, calibration of NDE equipment, maintenance of personnel certification records and training of technicians to Level I and Level II status per company and ASNT guidelines and requirements. Maintenance of Quality Control procedures and codes, welder qualifications and procedure revisions. Administrative duties: Produced budgets for offices/region/company, estimated growth and cost of services rates, operating expenses, billing, job cost analysis and job estimations, employee relations and discipline, employee reviews, performance reviews and evaluation with training on company policies. Monitored Drug Security program and implementation. Served as client representative on technical reporting, job evaluation and billing concerns. Work areas: Familiar with muti-discipline NDT services at pulp & paper mills, utility plants (primarily fossil fuel), chemical facilities, petroleum/oil refineries, rubber plants and textile facilities on existing and new fabrication and on individual components of the aircraft and military areas. Have utilized ASME, AWS, ANSI, API and other civilian codes with applicable military counterparts as requested.
