With over 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in admissions and care transitions. As the Area Vice President of Admissions at Mission Healthcare, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the admissions process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. I also work closely with other senior leaders, clinical teams, and external partners to develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and loyalty. Previously, I served as the Regional Director of Admissions and Care Transitions, and the Regional Director of Patient Care Services at Mission Healthcare, where I demonstrated my skills in new business development, marketing, sales, and patient care. I am a registered nurse with a liberal arts background, and I have a strong commitment to the mission and vision of Mission Healthcare, which is to provide compassionate, personalized, and exceptional care to the communities we serve.
