With over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a seasoned product manager and marketing leader who specializes in cloud & managed services solutions. I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric products that solve complex business challenges and create value for diverse stakeholders. I am currently a Sr. Product Manager at Cox Business, the B2B division of Cox Communications, where I lead the national product marketing strategy for a portfolio of cloud, security, and network services. In my current role, I leverage my skills in new business development, product development, market research, and competitive analysis to identify and execute on growth opportunities, launch new products and services, and optimize existing offerings. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment, quality, and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. Some of my notable achievements include leading the collocation certification project that resulted in a SOC2 Type 2 rating for ten facilities in the northeast region, receiving multiple awards for product and marketing excellence, and supporting the internet innovation in education communities initiative that provided NOCaaS, managed services, content filtering, and internet for 9 K-12 districts.
