During my time at New Life Evangelical Free Church, I was able to save money in utility expenditures by fine tuning the operation of the boiler heat in the building by correcting improper wiring of the boiler operating system as well as several improperly wired zone valves. I also installed motion detector light switches for 80% of the building's light switches and utilized more efficient light bulbs and fixtures wherever possible. As part of my last two jobs, I made repairs to appliances such as washes and dryers, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, and dishwashers. I believe I would be a great addition to your company in that I am constantly looking into more economic ways of maintaining properties and looking for "greener" alternatives that would improve the work environment as well as the environment of the community around us.
