As an experienced senior executive, Jim has led through and navigated substantial organizational change with diverse cultural and generational constituencies - from a suburban, single-location church with twelve staff, through multiple building and renovation projects, capital campaigns, a campus sale and total relocation, the transition of a long-tenured senior pastor leading to a stint as the interim CEO and the subsequent on-boarding of a young, new lead pastor, to a multi-campus (6), regional church w/an attendance over and staff well over 100. These experiences have fostered a strong organizational IQ that Jim now leverages in helping churches, nonprofits, businesses and their leaders with clarity, strategic planning and execution, interpersonal and operational challenges and opportunities, leader coaching, governance issues and individual LifePlanning, work that he finds incredibly life giving.
