I’m a petroleum engineer who believes that “your system is perfectly designed to yield the results you are getting — if you want change, you have to change the system.” Over my career in shale development, workovers, and refracturing, I’ve applied this mindset to consistently deliver measurable improvements in well performance and economics. Whether it’s leading a 22-well refrac program, increasing production 168% through a water-only design, or streamlining chemical management with Spotfire dashboards, my focus is always on solving problems at the system level. I specialize in combining data-driven analysis (Spotfire, Python, AI) with creative engineering solutions to uncover opportunities, optimize production, and build workflows that drive results that last. I’ve worked with operators ranging from ExxonMobil to independent startups, and I enjoy both sides: helping large organizations improve efficiency and helping smaller companies set up systems to better manage their assets. I’m currently open to opportunities in Fort Worth with operators or consulting engagements with independents who want to unlock more value from their wells and workflows.
