The "Resume" Stuff: Jim is the VP of Sales at Easy Pay Solutions, a pioneering national company determined to help professionals get paid in a timely manner. Easy Pay believes that everyone should get paid the money they've earned and has spent nearly twenty years perfecting a software platform and process that simply and quickly minimizes the time from service to payment. Jim has a diverse background as a business executive and consultant. He has served as Director of Operations, VP Business Development, Purchasing Manager, Sales Director, and small business owner. Jim is also a Christian author, blog writer, and speaker. Jim specializes in Relational Disciple-making and has co-authored a model of Discipleship called "discipleme" which is being used by many churches to encourage relational 'life on life for a lifetime' discipleship. Jim trains disciple leaders using the 'discipleme' model. His book,"So-Called Christian: Healing Spiritual Wounds Left by the Church" has been featured on radio and blogs across the country. Jim and his wife Tanya own BeckenRidge Vineyard where Tanya expertly conducts events and weddings while five of our ten children run other aspects of the business including vineyard operations, wine making, landscape, building maintenance and projects, graphic arts, floral design and creation, and many other duties.
