I have been a custom homebuilder since 2003. I formerly owned Walder VacuFlo Inc. and Closet Concepts which installed VacuFlo built-in vacuum systems and ClosetMaid closet shelving throughout central and northern Illinois. We installed our products primarily in new construction and we did business with over 200 builders on a regular basis. In 2002, I sold both to MASCO Corporation in Daytona Beach, Florida. Prior to selling, I had purchased 25 acres of pasture/timber and decided to develop the property into a country Bed & Breakfast. After completing that project, I started building single family homes and the rest is history. My constant daily goal is to build high quality homes and remodeling projects that look great and stand the test of time.
