Jim is a Partner in a major law firm in the Southwest United States and pracitices in the firm's Denver, Colorado office. He is an expert in tax, trust and estate and charitable organization planning and litigation. Jim is one of Colorado's most prized speakers on tax and estate topics having lectured at the University of Denver, Colorado Bar and ACTEC conferences. In 2013, he was awarded the Best Lawyers - Lawyer of the Year in Trust and Estate Litigation ( Colorado Lawyers). Jim has been a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel for more than a decade.
