About Jim Weinel

I'm the guy that tells you not only the box you're in and how to think your way out of it, but also about the box that that box is in and the one being built outside of that box. I am a seasoned veteran of the tech world who has helped to change more than just how my team works. Some of my projects, such as the SuccessFactory, have changed how whole industries are expected to behave. I can be an effective cog in the the works, or I can be the one who redesigns the clockworks. After 15 years of working with various managers and managerial tactics, 6 of those years being on the phone with the heads of HR for thousands of the world's leading companies, I can see the weak spots in an organization and devise a methodology for improving or phasing them out. Nearly all of my positions have entailed training and supervisory components. In the past I felt awkward about being responsible for people's futures and pushing them forward, but I have found that I have a knack for it and now have an interest in utilizing these skills.
