About Jim White

I grew up in the Tampa Bay area along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Growing up as a young man boating fishing and Scuba diving with my dad and family. After graduating from USF with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I became a licensed Realtor at the age of 22 and obtained my Broker's license at 23. My passion for the water was a perfect match for selling the Florida lifestyle. I have traveled and vacationed all over Florida both coasts from Key West to Jacksonville and from Pensacola to Marco Island. I found that the Tampa Bay area is a great place to live, retire or live here part-time during our mild winters. The Area has everything you could want from a vibrant downtown area of St.Petersburg, to the beautiful wide beaches of Treasure Island. Don't forget we have almost every major league sports team. We have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay lightning and the Tampa Bay Rowdies! Our area offers some great real estate values whether your looking for that waterfront home or the condo in downtown StPete! Compared to other areas of Florida that I have personally traveled it is easy to see that we are fortunate to live in this paradise we call home!
